About Us
Our Story
Inclucive was founded with a clear mission: to embed Allyship into culture. Too often, organisations treat allyship as a campaign or a one-off event. We believe it must be practical, actionable, and cultural — woven into everyday conversations, decisions, and behaviours.
Our Vision
To create workplaces where Allyship is not an add-on, but a way of working. A culture where every individual feels seen, heard, and valued — and where leaders and teams take consistent action to make inclusion real.

CHIKERE IGBOKWE
Chikere Igbokwe is an accomplished Executive Recruiter, Educator, Facilitator, and DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging) leader. With deep expertise in Allyship and Anti-Racism, she helps organisations move beyond good intentions and take meaningful, sustained action.

As the founder of Inclucive, Chikere combines her lived experience as a Black woman with years of professional expertise to design programmes, toolkits, and workshops that give people the confidence, language, and tools to practise allyship every day.

Her belief is simple yet powerful: Culture is Allyship.
